Had to drive around my neighbor to get to clear skies, but got a few good shots of it.

Great shots smokey and 1320! I didn't take any pictures from Oregon, but I did get to see our 30 % show. It was less cloudy than predicted here.
 

I had to drive around about in a 15 mile circle to get to a clear sky area. Not bad though.
 

I'm glad its over too. Stressful trying to find a place to see it.

Alright, but my pics look like crap compared to those already posted. We didn't get totality here, just 98%. So this is what I got with my phone and a cheap filter:

But here's a related one that might be interesting. This is a screenshot of an astronomy app on my phone showing how the whole solar system was lined up during the eclipse. The sun is the bright white in the middle, with the black moon in front of it. And a whole bunch of planets and a comet all lined up beside it.

Heres my two cents. I live in the path of totality but decided to travel to get to where it lasted much longer. Glad I did! This was just south of Conneaut Ohio...
