The Dumbest Rock in the Wall

Of all the cool rocks in my wall, to me this is the dumbest or most unattractive one. It looks like a bunch of weird stuff stuck together and makes no sense to me. Because of this, I am probably wrong and it is probably something very unique. Any thoughts on what the heck it is??
