Fellas, it's like this, plain and simple. If the author of the pamphlet didn't already know exactly what was in each cipher and exactly how each of those ciphers had been composed, then...and here it comes....wait for it.....wait.....

"Then how could he possibly know that there was still a missing unintelligible paper?" :laughing7: And with this..."BOOM BABY! THERE IT IS!" :laughing7:

If I placed a sheet of paper in front of you that contained a jumble of numbers and/or letters, or both, and I asked you to read it to me you could only reply, "I can't. I have no idea how to make anything out of that mess."
This is the purpose of the author using the word "unintelligible" in describing the missing paper, because he is telling his readers in plain English, "THEY CAN'T!" :thumbsup: PERIOD!
