It must be difficult to get neutral buoyancy with the BC... [emoji23][emoji6]

It’s been a while since I’ve watched it, I think a refresher is in my future!

read the book, its real good, better then the movie
Brady

I always thought the book and the movie were paralleled... which I also read before the movie... one of the first books I read cover to cover.

I remember this being one of the first times I felt this about book turned movie.

And again with his other book turned successful movie / blockbuster all time great classic... JAWS.

PS... if you liked this book... you should seek Benchly's others.

"The Island" was good.

I have always felt Peter Benchley is underappreciated.

“The great fish moved silently through the night water, propelled by short sweeps of its crescent tail.”-- Jaws opening sentence.

Jaws is SUCH a latter day Moby Dick

Jackie Bisset didn't need a bc.

That movie came out two years after I got certified. I went to see it at least three times LOL.

It also created a cultural phenomenon. I remember that summer the biggest thing at the bars on the New Jersey shore was wet t-shirt contests. Good times.

For research purposes of course. :)

I've got some somewhere. Back then I worked during the summer as a bartender. One of my duties was the "bucket man" who wet them down. I made sure there was plenty of ice in the bucket too LOL.
