Image (25).webpIt's unbelievable but Coinstar has given me two more silver coins today, a 1952 Roosevelt Dime and a 1959 Canadian dime, the 18th and 19th Coinstar silvers this year. Also included in today's haul was a clad dime, a nearly mint condition 1954 Canadian nickel, and a 1977 25 cent piece from Trinidad & Tobago
 

I just found a Canadian dime like that too.
2014. Was surprised to find that it was magnetic.
Then googled it.
Turns out the Canadian dimes were made of nickel from 1968 until 2000, then its composition was changed to nickel-plated steel (92% steel, 5.5% copper, 2.5% nickel).
 

This time of year it’s easy - junk coins from coin star and handy by the exit - the Salvation Army kettle.
 

Nickel is becoming too valuable and copper not far behind.

You know the dollar is weak when we stack clad haha.
