002.JPG 007.JPG This was a water hunt with my Excalibur . Slim pickings but a couple neat finds anyway. I also had two large copper hoop earrings found about 10' apart that were in my junk pile that should have been included. The ring is 925 but the stone tested positive as a diamond.

Don't think of it as slim pickings. Any time away from following the ole lady shopping has to be a better use of your time.

You got a Merc and a beautiful silver ring...that was a great hunt...congrats.

Very nice silver ring find, fsa, and I love that anchor pendant...two terrific finds; no, three..love that merc also.:cat:

I like that merc to! Not often you find silver w/real stones. I've only found one and didn't know until I got a tester. Cool anchor!

It's a first for me also. I don't wear my glasses while hunting and when I found it I thought it may be a real diamond the way it sparkled ( which isn't shown in the pic ) . I thought I found a white gold or platinum ring because I never found a diamond in a silver ring. When I got back to the truck and looked at it through my loupe the wind came out of my sails. :laughing7:

In reality though, those tiny diamonds don't really cost much and I'm surprised we don't see more in nice silver jewelry.

Real nice treasure Frank, I like that silver with Diamonds.....We have to work on that excal this fall buddy....
