The $3million nickel: 1913 Liberty Head sold after being declared a fake and left in closet for 40 years
Part of the story: The coin was with him when he was killed in a car crash on March 9, 1962, and it was found among hundreds of coins scattered at the crash site.
My question is where was the crash site! If 100's of coins were scattered back then 1962, makes me wonder if there are any more laying around the crash site to be discovered
