How sad :-( It's a wonderful sunny day here on the Colorado front range, but something is on the way from the Pacific the weather man says and will possibly arrive in Denver with the white stuff this next Sunday. RGINN is said to get hit pretty good in his neck of the wood by next Saturday. I will be heading north to Montana this next Sunday, but it looks as if the coming storm will be working it's way to the south. I may just end up with a cool and brisk, but sunny drive up - thru - Windoming all the way. God I hope so, last trip was 21 degrees below the no good zero. That stuff puts me on edge.
We only have about an inch and a half in lower Luzerne Co. I went out detecting in a field yesterday and the ground is still perfect. Hope you can get out again Jeff.
Next Precip expected next tuesday 43 & rain.
of course they predicted 50's and Sunny for sat & Sun now it is changed to
upper 30's and partly sunny, So I don't have a Clue when the ground will be good again.
Sadly I wish I lived in the middle of the Poconos today
Yeah, I'm in N California and we got hit with heavy rain and wind yesterday. Lots of flooding and power outages but it has calmed down today. The storm is heading East so get ready.
Wasn't bad for us; about 6 inches of snow overnight in Breck and half that here in Frisco. Good to hear from packerbacker cause that sounded like a bad storm in his part of the country. Glad they got some moisture, but not all at once.
so last night they finally said "No sun tomorrow either"
I won't be surprised if I finally get to see some,
but think probably not, since they are predicting rain (that will probably be snow) Tuesday.
Snow predicted for Saturday & Sunday here now
90% of what we had has melted in the last 24 hours
