For the past week I've been researching which detector I wanted. I narrowed it down between the AT Pro and the Fisher F5. I finally decided to get the AT Pro because I live about an hour and half from South Padre Island. I also really like the pinpointing meter on the screen and the sound of the pinpointing is IMO better than the F5's tone. Oh, I also noticed there is a lot more reference material for the AT Pro on YouTube than any other rig.

I emailed Fort Bedford before bed and received a reply before waking up. A few email exchanges later that morning and I'm not proud owner of a 2014 AT Pro Spring Special.

Thanks Keith for the quick response and killer deal on the package. Keep me posted as to when you receive a those water proof pinpointer I'll be needing one to go with my AT Pro.

I can't wait to receive it this Wednesday.
