Texas BarBque Sauce

2 tsp butter 1 medium onion(minced)
2 cloves garlic(minced) 1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup cider vinegar 2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chili powder 3 tbsp honey
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce 2 cup ketchup
1 tsp black pepper 2tbs mustard
1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp paprika
Melt butter in a sauce pan, add onions and garlic, cook until tender.
Add orange juice,vinegar,lemon juice,and honey.Then add
worcestershire sauce,ketchup,molasses,salt, red pepper,black pepper,
cumin, and paprika. Simmer 1 hour.
 

I like to try new sauces, this one sounds good. Soon as the weather warms up for some serious BBQ'ing
I'll give this one a try. Thanks.
 

A very interesting combination of flavors! I like it sweet and spicy. I'll copy it down and give it a try, thanks for posting it.........
