For some reason i am very attracted to this machine. On paper it looks to have all i need. Some reviews i have read say it does not handle the salt water well. Others say that it is the black sand that can give it the fitz. I have used my mxt in the salt water so i think im familiar with the falsing people keep talking about as they are both single frequency machines.

I have read the other posts on is subject and have seen some people say it works well in the salt and others say it doesnt.

What say you?

Thanks!

Like any single-frequency VLF machine in salwater it will work, just not as well or deep as it will in freshwater (for which it was designed). In Saltwater you wand a "Sand" Shark pulse induction unit. You might as well buy an AT Pro - same diff in saltwater.
