I’m out in Tennessee doing some ‘tectin’ with my brother and a friend. We were hunting around a. Reek that used to have a still located at it and I popped out the only coin of the day. 1874-S seated dime, not much else, but we’re headed back out tomorrow all day. Ive notice many of the low lying fields have a very thick layer of silt from all the floods over the years, digging anything old is tough

Nice find on your seated, and I know about floods that leave silt behind.

Very nice Seated Dime find under some challenging conditions...

Nice going on the seated dime.
Digging on any flood plain can be a challenge.

Sweet seated, congrats! :occasion14:

Tell ya that coin for the day would be good enough to make me a happy camper. Glad you had fun.
