I was really expecting to find silver today. I thought I had it all planned out, I would search this area in the park which was opened in 1897, and there should be at least one glimpse of a rare coin... Nothing. Change spots, nothing... This was the overall trend for the day yet looking back on what I have, I'm pleased. After all, it was very peaceful just to be there with my detector.
Some extra finds seen here are a shot bullet, hand painted license tag (if anyone has any knowledge on this that would be great), and an unopened Budweiser can! Very old one at that.

Ouch, hunts like that can drive me crazy...worst part is you know there is good stuff hiding from ya....

I've had a lot of days like that. At least finding clad is better than finding nothing. Being out and enjoying the outdoors definitely helps.

Not even a wheatie?! Everyone has those days, I don't mind a pile of clad. Its the one or two penny days that get me.. bleh. HH!
