Tell city IND coke bottle

I was hunting around for a dump that i heard about that has never been dug. I found this coke a little bit away from the dump. It is a Tell city IND. The thing that confuses me is that it has no paten date and says in paten office. How old would it be and would this have been a rare town? It also has the numbers 53-34 on it. I can only find a single other example of a bottle from tell city online and i wonder if this one came from a rare town and was mad during a very short time while the patens were changing. Just a idea
