All Treasure Hunting
Hello TN Community,

Have you ever had a lead on a potential shipwreck site but needed the financial backing in order to pursue the endeavor?

A new television series is being developed about investigating claimed shipwreck sites to determine whether or not the sites are legitimate. This series does not focus so much on finding treasure as much as it does finding anything of historical significance.

We are looking for treasure hunters, with dive experience and or historical research experience, that have leads on potential treasure wreck sites that they want to explore. In addition, we are casting ship captains willing to take the helm on-camera.

Ideal candidates are from the United States and or TCI.

If you feel you would be a great fit for this, email me for details: [email protected]

TCLA,
Welcome to TreasureNet !!
This isn't the first 'casting' solicitation TN has had. It isn't our 'first rodeo'.
In the past, many questions have been asked the solicitors.
Here are a few you may wish to answer 'to put more (attractive) bait on your line' in your next posting.
What is the name of your company? Where are you located? Are you a public or private company?
What experience do you have, if any, in what you are currently seeking to do?
Once a deal is made, what pay will the actor get if the show is not aired--or is unsuccessful?
What pay or percentage is being offered the actor should the show be a success?
What are your geographic restrictions? (Can you work out of the US?)
No doubt other TN-ers will have additional Qs but I'll stop there.
Don........

Is the Terrell Boaz?

Looks like you want Turks and Caicos Islands?

It's reality TV. So the answers to your questions quoted above are: Minimal. Nothing.

Ha..........go find your own shipwrecks. The treasure hunters on here have spent many days, and hours searching. And you can't buy our time and effort so you may prosper. Plus all of our discovery sites are secret, and priceless to the searchers. We don't watch tv because its quite boring compared to what we do. Any real treasure/artifact hunter would never allow them to be filmed anyhow.

TreasureCastingLa is a member here, same rules apply as to any member new or old, please keep that in mind in members replies.

In the US, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Turks and Caicos and pretty much anywhere worth going you have to have governmental permits, signed by the appropriate governmental department or minister.
The first question that must be answered is this - Are you desirous of riding along on someone's existing exploration/search and identify permit or do you have, in hand, the necessary permits and permissions to do search and identify work.
Don's questions are also quite pertinent.
A little background, a little trust-building...can't hurt.

Mackaydon and ropesfish are both highly experienced with a vast amount of knowledge. Earning their trust could go far or at the very least, help open the doors for talks with prospective candidates. My hat is off to you Mackaydon and ropesfish :notworthy:

Have some respect. If you don't want to contact the producer that's fine, but we don't have to lower ourselves and talk about porn.
