Teddy Roosevelt Watch Fob

Hi, I was recently given a Teddy Roosevelt watch fob, and I am hoping someone can help give me some information about this piece.

Apologies, as I do not have a picture at this time.... the item is a brownish, bronze color, oval shaped. It is a picture of "Teddy",
wearing a cowboy hat. There are 2 rhinestones where his eyes are, and an additional 4 rhinestones for his teeth. His face, and also
including his hat and collar, are gold. The back states: 18 kt. gold inlaid. There is NO date on the piece.

Wondering if anyone can give me more info on this, and if by chance, it woud be worth anything.
