Hi all. I have no idea if I am doing this correctly, so I apologize in advance if I screw it up. Which it looks like I am doing since my pictures are attached but not showing up. *sigh* I will try to figure out this picture thing. This is only picture I have found of it online.

It is a large cuff. I can't find any other picture of it. The eagle has a 3 in it (referring to taxco). It is stamped "mexico", by itself (not as part of an emblem). The emblem is what is stumping me. It is a circle with what looks like "sterling" around the top and "taxco" and something I cannot read after that around the bottom. Then, in the middle it has "SD". I cannot find a similar emblem, with the letters in the middle. I can find stamps that have similar attributes but not all together. It is about 4 inches long from tip to tip. Any information is much appreciated. I took 6 pictures of it but I can't find them here...lol. Thanks!

It has the older pre 1970's, "I think"? eagle mark. That No. 3 was registered to several makers. I can say it has all of what collectors look for these days in old Mexican silver putting it at a higher value over other pieces. This link gives some details on what you may have. http://www.modernsilver.com/SFITEMS.html

$250 would be good I think. If you do ebay? it could go higher if you sell it closer to Christmas time. I would have that rusty looking coil spring on it taken care of. If that breaks, it be no telling what the cost of repair would be on that?. I can't see a jeweler doing that kind of job for cheap. Maybe just a little dab of veggie oil and a tooth brush would do the job in keeping it from rusting any further and looking better?.

I think you can go on ebay and find a seller in your area who will charge a commission for selling you items. There is this forum called "All things ebay" on TN. Ask this question of these people who follow what all goes on with doing ebay. Here's the link All Things eBay
