Hit the tavern for a brief hunt found a tiny plain button and 1/4 of another button some iron possibly fork pieces lots of square nails and thick iron pieces then I dug this which is the first one I’ve found !! Pretty cool relic probably from the soldiers who were here in June/July 1779

I’ve only dug one and it came from a site that dated to 1818.
