Ya got me Bro....Soooo much use on that one....Aside from being a wonderful tool artifact,I will be no help...lol

Nice tool, Steve.
It was 76 here today. That's good weather for England this time of year.

Molly.

we got 8 inches of snow yesterday
i was kinda wondering about the bone scapula tool though....................not the snow snow sucks LOL LOL

one good thing........no mosquitos

That's a good looking piece Steve. I think you may be right about it being a perforater now and being reworked from a Hoe or Shovel.

I was watching the radar the other night when we were getting hammered by storms and you were getting covered up by snow. It looks like it's melting off pretty quickly though. That should help uncover some things.

could that be a special root digging tool? i figured it at about 11 inches long! the point and size made me think of the sharpend digging sticks some people used in olden times around the world! TERRY

hey thanks you guys
maybe terry is right, it could be a corn planting tool
i think the old timers called them a 'dibble'
