Found this item yesterday. It's aluminum, about the size of a half dollar. It has the words ( aniseto soto lavernia ) i believe aniseto soto is a name. Lavernia is the town. Item was found in lavernia tx. Maybe a cattle tag?

You're welcome. It was made in one of those machines that you might find in a 5 & dime store or pizzaria, has a dial with alphabet, numbers, and punctuation and a long handle like a slot machine to press your message into the token. It was done for fun as a keepsake. This token looks older than the typical ones that are found from the 60s - 70s. You can see the 4-leaf clover in the center of yours--many had a 5-pointed star there. Good luck with it!
