The artwork looks like an old piece of China transfer ware and T & CO. Could be Tiffany & Company. Last 1/4 of 19th century on the piece of China imo. The ring I don't know, AG means silver and 925 is sterling grade or 92.5% pure silver.

To confirm what Tamrock already said, I know for a fact Tiffany has sold rings in that style because I remember seeing them on their website when I was shopping for a ball and chain. Google "tiffany roman numerals ring" and you'll see some examples just like yours. Obviously many fake Tiffany items are out there so you'll want to verify its authenticity.

Agreed on the bit of China plate.
Maybe into the 20th C.

The name of the pattern on the ring appears to be Atlas Open Ring, to make your search easier.
