Is the hilt brass? Are there any marks or names on the blade near the hilt? Is the hilt and the blade all one piece? Length of blade? can we have pictures of both sides of the hilt. Close clear photo's of where the blade enters the hilt, also both sides.

Looks like a fraternal organization sword to me, merely for dress.
