This was shown to me by my wife's mother. She said I belonged to her great grandfather who brought it over from Switzerland before 1855. Anyone know anything about it?

That is awesome My ancestors are Swiss I wish I had some info for you.There is actually a town over there with my last name maybe I can be treated Carte Blanche if I ever get over there.

Jungfrau pipes of Sweden

Try that in your Google search engine and it will give you some interesting information. It appears hard, at least for me, to find much on those fancy pipes. Jungfrau was a pipe maker and may not be your maker, but it will give you a starting point, hopefully.

Thanks for all the replies and info. I'm going to check it all out then print some info up to keep with the pipe along with all the facts she knows about it so far.
