Found this sweet little thing in my half hour before dark hunt tonight. It is marked on the underside of the stone .925 and on the band with a "D", company or owner's initial?

That's an awesome looking ring. I've always been a sucker for turquoise. What is the design supposed to be?

Your guess is as good as mine. I guess it looks most like a leaf and berry???? You see how the ring "splits" as it goes up toward the stone? I think that may be the stalk leading to the leaf? I don't know, that's as good as I can do.

Looks right on the money. There are other rings that look similar enough to yours that I think that's what the jeweler intended. Cool ring regardless!

Very Nice find ! Looks like it is a "home made " piece- rather than a commercially manufactured ring . I'm guessing it originated in the
South West because of the turquoise setting , and the "saw tooth " bezel around it .

Congrats on pulling that .925. :occasion14: Finds like that feed the fire Q.

That's a beauty! I love that combination of silver and turquoise, great job enjoy happy hunting

REALLY NICE NAHVAHO JEWELRY ????

I like it !!!!

quela4, Super find on a beautifully hand-crafted Native ring. BTW the "D" may stand for "Dine", pronounced "Din Yay," which is how Navajo people refer to themselves. Congrats, now I have to go find one too. Sub 8-)

Thanks for the insight on the "D" mark, now I'll have to see if there are any Southwest Native American expects around here that can verify.
