Riding the fields of our farm checking crop progress and found this rock. Due to the history in our neck of the woods (Creek Indian) it got me wondering, Is it just another rock (weighs 1.8 Lbs)? most of the rocks found in our area consist of 99% limestone. We find points most anytime we go looking especially when they bottom plow getting ready for peanuts (like this year). Any input welcome. Thanks for the input.

Well its a large sandstone cobble just natural but they did use those to make pestles with. I am north of you. This is my pestle I found made from the same type of stone.

If you have access to fields in Leary Georgia, it's just a matter of time until you find some killer stuff. JMO. Good luck!!! It's there.

Thanks gents, I appreciate the input and help in IDing.
