Found these in a $1 grab bag with a 1910 leather bound pocket calendar. Maybe the end to suspenders? Imperial Make is what I get out of the writing. Thanks!
These suspender buckles have many similarities to buckles found from 1910...All suspenders at that time had a nickel plate or gold gild finish....Imperial suspenders were made by the Morris Bros in New York. That set looks pretty fancy or dressy. I have found three sets of "Imperial Union" suspenders in a 1912 logging camp. I have also seen the company reference themselves as "imperial Make" as well. Cool find!
