This is my first post of a "find" and it's a pretty good one although I never left the house to get it.
My son goes to school and works nights at a local convenience store/gas station. He came home this morning and said "hey dad, have ya got three bucks". I absent mindedly reached in my pocket and scrounged up three dollars and handed it to him. He then reached in his pocket and plopped these on the table. Seems as a gal came in and used them to purchase lottery tickets. He questioned her and asked if she knew what she was spending and she just said "yeah, no big deal...money is money!" Of course when she left, he bought them.
As you can see in the pics they're all 1993P and a little tarnished, but these American Eagles are beautiful coins and with a meltdown value of around $10 each they're certainly worth a buck a piece. I think I'll use a little silver polish or Tarn-x and then clear coat them.
My son will inherit them eventually and I'll put a little note with them reminding him how he found them.
