The federal government is to foster the exploration and harvesting of minerals. Providing DOJ lawyers is in direct violation of federal law.

Johnathon has been the attorney for the Center, the tribe and several others through out all of the SB stuff. He is working with Lyn Saxton the other co attorney for these groups. He is just tweaking what he has already in his computer, changing the cover and sending it out again. Nothing new here - literally.

Keep in mind that this is a criminal case and has two specific charges 5653.1 Dredging w/o a permit and 5653.9 possession of a suction dredge w/in 300' of a closed water way. All of this birds & the bees stuff should not pertain to this case. The opposition is trying to fast track this to by pass SB, any court of appeals stuff and go straight to the Supreme court. Although these days I'm not sure if I am more apt to see Bigfoot on my claim rather than the blind Lady Justice in a CA court room.

Remember, Brandon has yet to have a his fair trail. The trial court denied him federal evidence. The 3rd Appellate only set aside his conviction and confirmed that he should be allowed to present his federal evidence should the lower court choose to retry him.

As always -PLEASE help Brandon
