:hello:

Got out this afternoon for a short hunt, and went to were I found the Gold Stirrup ring :o As I drove down the narrow country lane I could see the tracktor sowing the field :headbang:

This area is incredibly quiet, but can yield some nice coins and of course this is were I found probably my best find, today was no exception, not much was showing and by the first two hours all I had was a Vicky sixpence and a few mustket balls.
I moved to the area were the Gold Ring came from and started to grid the area, but again just the odd bit of lead showed :-\ feeling a bit dis bondant I decided to head towards the car, at the top of the field it was much flatter, and a area were some Turf had been was freshly ploughed and the soil very sandy, my first run down I got my second Silver :) a William1V this is my second W1V sixpence in two weeks, never had one before that :icon_scratch:

I started on the second run of this area and soon had a low tone signal, I dug down a fair way and the William111 Shilling lay on the soil :o this is with out doubt the best I have dug and it's a scarce type(Y below bust) York mint... it books up to £700 in ef in my 2008 Spinks :headbang:

This is my Fifth William111 shilling this year :o but this by far the BEST :headbang:

Beautiful 1697! I found one but it was very worn and made into a love token. Nice silver. HH, Mike

COLIN, SHE IS A BEAUTY MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats on some Great Silver coins, just going to show that you're the man over there in England brutha! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Two WILLIAMS to boot!!!! That's just pure SWEET!

I do alot of back tracking as well SS.Just cause the banks are always changeing up and more washes out all along. But it looks like going over fields fall under the same deal as things get turned and come up to the point that the MD can hit on it or at least give a signal that will make a person dig.
All that said very sharp looking coin/coins you got that little hunt.
Take Care,
Pete, :hello:
