(I wonder if that .22 bullet could pass as a Cracker Jack "3-ringer" )

Want to guess what the kiddies were eating too much of at that site? Given the generally good shape of those ones you find, I thinking they had a lot of dental work too! I've found only a few intact at random spots, and most of those I find are bent or broken. You gotta start going for the mother lode of CJ toys, the decoder rings! They're gonna be far more iffy a signal but you gotta dig one up there sooner or later!

Thanks guys! Most of the CJ's ring up as "iffy" nickels or pull tabs. . . but when I'm in the woods
and it's relatively trash-free, I dig all those signals just in case.
