Sunday's Hunt-15cents and a button

Been holding out until the Buffalo Nickle cleaned up some but it looks like a lost cause for now...also found these along with the iron object.? The button baffles me somewhat, still can't read the text on the back but I swear the front looks to have black paint on it, ANY IDEAS ON DATE? I am guessing +/- 1920.? The day was pretty good though, found my 1st barber, buffalo and Mil button all within 5 feet of one another.? Thought yall would like to see me post something for once. -Underwood

US Army Button WW1 to Preasent, Looks Like it was Converted for use on a civilian coat to replace a lost button. trk5capt...
