That's a beautiful ring buddy

Hi Casper that 14k ring is sweet ! :occasion14:

Congrats on your finds. Had knee surgery so waiting and heeling so I can get back at it. The Doc said I could not go water detecting on Memorial day because he is worried about infections but I think I will be for psychological reasons. I need a gold fix!!! Your pictures keep me motivated and sane. Thanks.

Congrats on the really sweet finds... gold and silver half dollars... jealous! GL&HH.

Great job, sweet 14K ring. Good thing you didn't step on that broken bottle.

I wear thick soled dive boots - I take out the glass when I can - don't want a swimmer to find it

A couple of Great days swinging. That gold ring is Awesome!!

Congrats!!

Nice CASPER! Congrats!
The silver took a beat'n from the salt but the gold is awesome! Looks old from the detail on it! Sweet!

Beautiful gold !

SWEET Silver Half and an AWESOME gold ring find! Congrats, friend!

for the newbies - or just part time water/beach hunters or even veteran TH'ers that don't know
if you hit a place and you find the old brass bathing suit buckles (rectangular pieces in pic) - old brass beach tags ( 3 round items in pic) or old brass bathing cap snaps =
you are in an old area - once WWII started - companies were not allowed to use brass for such frivolous items - so your looking at stuff
like pre 1940s - every where Ive found these brass items - Ive gotten old silver and old gold = at least 99% of the time

Hey thanks for the good advice, Don! That ring is killer. Such nice detail for a wedding band.
