Sun-Ray Pin Pointer Probes

I have just learned from my distributor that you can
use the probe in each of these methods:


#1 By flipping the switch from coil to probe you have a MOTION PROBE

#2 By flipping the switch from coil to probe and pressing in & holding the
Pin Point button in you now have a NO MOTION PROBE

You can also DETUNE the probe in both methods above

Do you have to continually hold the PP button while scanning to make this work? I already know that whatever mode you are in on the big coil, when you switch to probe, the probe will also be in that mode when you switch over........NGE

You are putting the Probe into True All Metal mode in the second example
and yes you must continuously hold in the pin poin button, the 1st example
is the mode that the detector is useing which is the Disc mode if you have
discremenated anything out ie. Iron, Foil ect.
