Indian Summer here too,got some freezing weather coming in this weekend at night.

I hope this winter isn't as cold as last year!!

We haven't had a frost yet. Still getting 80 degree days. The drought is hanging on, and some of the trees have leaves turning, but I think a lot of the oaks started turning color early from the dry hot weather. They aren't pretty anyhow, but they are a mess in the yard. Funny how many leaves a tree can loose. Along comes a big
wind and there are leaves all over the yard, but the tree doesn't look like it lost a single leaf.

Well, it was a great 45 minutes here.

We had some really strong winds here yesterday (60 mph), lost half the leaves off my large ash trees. I believe a majority of the leaves blew away to the neighbors. Too bad we aren't neighbors Bostonmate, you could blame it on me, but rest assured I would be willing to come over and help you rake them up.

I'm in Leadville Colorado this morning and it's not all that bad, but I see in the forecast for next Tuesday here it'll be rain mixed with snow and a low of 28.
