Picture shows finds from the last couple of hunts. The Heart pendant and all that chain were together and Tided at 38 to 40 sounding off loudly. The Black ring with sparky cuts Tided on my Safari at 9. is there a name for this type of ring? Eyeballed the earing at the base of a swing, the sun was shining brightly so the sparkles got my attention, which Tided at 6 on my detector. With sensitivity at 1 it barely sounded off with the FBS800 coil (which I use in yards where pinpointing is important) with sensitivity set to 2 the earring sounded off much better. Again it seems like the machine loves dimes, always have good numbers of them if coins are present. The 7 inch coil seems to find dimes on edge very nicely. The knitting needle (above pennies) made a wide area of signal which seemed similar to a pop-can but was wide only in one direction. Thanks for looking and Happy Hunting! CARM

Thanks for the luck. Went to jeweler to have ring looked at, since i was curious as to what metal it was made from. Given the high price of gold for the last several years they are making rings from stuff like Tungsten and Titanium. It was too light for Tungsten and Titanium is very light metal so they showed me some titanium rings for comparison. Have to say my ring was better looking than theirs. But they did only have a small selection of that ring type to be fair. So including some close up picture of the ring which has flashy star cuts on it. Thanks for looking and Happy Hunts! CARM
