Great hunt today ! Four total pieces of jewelry ! But , as luck would have it three out of the four were junkers. Still I can’t complain. Today’s treasure tally :
5.6 grams of 18K ! Unfortunately all that ice is CZ !
FAKE silver earring
FAKE religious pendant
67 grams of a very nice FAKE gold chain !

Thanks for looking . Good Luck and Happy Hunting ! IMG_2425.JPGIMG_2426.JPGIMG_2427.JPGIMG_2428.JPGIMG_2429.JPG

I would be pleasantly pleased with those finds!!!!

That's a Beautiful Gold ring, and 18k you figure it would have diamonds..someone got took on that baby. But for you, One Heck of a nice find!

That is a nice ring, fake or not. I woulda collapsed in the water lol

It didn’t look that nice when I first pulled it out of the water. And the big rock screamed fake as soon as I saw it. Later , after I uncovered the 18K stamp , I got a little excited. But the loop and stone tester don’t lie. CZ ! :-(

Hey real nice finds. Very unusual to get 18k with CZ. Now, I have seen fake stamped 10k and 14k rings with CZ/glass/paste stones. Gold may be fake stamped 18k, but if not sure wouldn't hurt to take to jeweler for second opinion.
I have a buddy that found an unmarked diamond ring with a 2 ct stone (found in a Kleenex) I looked at it with my loop and told him it was too perfect to be real and didn't have a diamond tester at the time...turns out it was real (VVS1, G color) and was valued at $25,000!!!

Big stone says Zirconia right on top of it along one edge. Could barely read it with the loop. Stone tester came up negative on large and small stones. And the gold acid tests as 18K. I thought it was weird too , but it is what it is. Still happy with it.

Beautiful rings...treasure is treasure! Congratualtions! :occasion14:

Congratulations! Nice hunting.
