Coin dealers are stuck between a rock and a hard place. There are plenty of speculators who would love to buy gold and silver in just about any form it is available due to the lower current prices, which they view as being bargain basement.

However, a majority of the people from whom these metals would usually be available are looking at the situation the other way – why should they sell while prices are this low? It’s obvious the general public still wants top dollar for gold and silver whose price has tarnished far beyond their expectations. When I am out trying to buy, how many times am I going to hear, “I’ll just save it until the price is higher. I’m sure it will be soon, won’t it?”
