Stromeyerite???

Ok my fellow rock hounds. I have done extensive research on this rock and so far everything points to stromeyerite. The metallic blue luster on the outside but flakes like shale. Flat grey when broken. Could this be anything else? I'm burnt out on trying to identify this awesome rock. Please help!!
