Strange W Button. Maybe Revolutionary?

I found this button along with my large cent and jubilee medal finding that I posted the other day. I have no idea what this button is from. It has sort of a metal connector on the back on it which I have also posted a side picture of. Anyone know what this is?

Your right I think. I was playing around with it and the cap just kinda unscrewed off.

Prolly "W" (or... "M") from the paint or toothpast or what have you tube... company name.

It looks like a grease injector cap, fill it with grease and then once in a while give it a turn to inject grease into a bearing or bushing.
