strange quarter

My brother found a 1992 Quarter with no mint mark and they are all suppose to have a mint mark. Has anyone see one of these before?

He also found a double die on a 1994P half dollar.

Hurry what is the web address for the company that pays $10,000 for something unusual like that. LOL

hi cat! the 1992 without a mintmark is a grease filled die. its not worth much but still neat.
