Man, it must have been very difficult to get yer last dime out of the tailpiece ;D. Maybe paper money was rolled up and stuffed down the tubular end, or you put a stick down long end and loaded other end with halves or silver dollars, and made a makeshift "black jack".......NGE

I have a templer sword from my Grandfather, in a scabbard, and it's all stored in a nice sewn to fit cloth wrap...

I can see this "purse" holding a silver pipe holder to keep it protected.

And the remark about it smelling like tobacco unless it is in Calif...is very insinuating and hurtful ;D

Why, hell yes, it should smell like wacky-tobaccy, especially if its from the Golden State. :thumbsup:
