OK, this one is a real head scratcher for me. I found it at an old submerged beach that I have recovered several items from the 1920s and 1930s. I believe it to be made of lead or some kind of cheap metal. Any ideas?

Looks like a vintage cast metal dollhouse mantel clock.

Wow! I was thinking crackerjack toy while I was swimming in the water, but I put it out of my mind because it just didn’t seem like one. Thank you so much people for the identification. It’s going in my crackerjack toy bin.
