Found this item at a school tot lot under the swings. Even my wife has no clue No marks. The stone(glass) it a dazzler in the sunlight. Any help on this one? Thanks

Tried that with one I found the school , too big for a pencil. My wife just chimed in, Says an ear cuff. Clips on the upper part of the ear. How about that Any other ladies here??
