Strange find from the "shed"
It's some sort of pressing thing ? It's too short to be a beer bottle capper . It was under the bench in the shed . Looks like alot of care went into building it ......for some purpose ?

, I agree it's a homemade drill press. It is made to hold a hand drill, and the same thing can be bought at Lowe's for about $29 and it is much simpler made and easier to use. I'll have to admit, it took some engineering skills to put that contraption together though. Neat find. Monty
