I don't know what else to call it. I have absolutely no idea what it is or what it does. It appears to have a European style plug, and I didn't feel like getting electrocuted, so I didn't plug it in, but therefore, I don't know how it functions at all. The only words on it are "Quick Therm". So it must be for heating up something? What? I dunno. It also comes with a handy little travel case.
Can anyone help me out? Any help would be appreciated.

Oh OK. Is it even worth saving?

They are worth less than 10 dollars or so.

I had one in the mid 80's. Not a very efficient way to heat a cup of water for tea/coffee. Took a long time.

The proper name is European Travel Immersion Water Heater.

Works in most other countries besides North America we seem have had a 120 volt brain fart.
