Seen it before...cant put my finger on it...Scandinavian ... late 1700's, or early 1800's, is my guess, although I could be wrong.


By the time I figure it out, it will have long since been identified...probably by Mackaydon

The front seems close but I don't think that's it from the back, I sort of see a w shape on the back

Then that would be VOC late 1700's -
Same Dutch East India Co - Same obverse - just older date

It's a penny from the Netherlands, 1800's the date would be on either side of the W

Edit : Bramblefind got it right as I hit enter...
