Stove Lid lifter maybe?

Has anybody seen one of these? One end kind of looks like a wood stove lid lifter. Not sure what the other end would be. Thanks for any ideas.

The other end could be used for raking coals or embers around. When cooking in a wood or coal stove, you want the heat to be as even as possible in the cooking chamber.

i am thinking that is a foot lever of some sort...step on it and it pushes something up.
