That's quite a collection...it reminds me of a relative's collection, who lived in Montana, he would find them just laying on the ground...not sure of the value...but someone here will probably have some insight...

Are they glued to the board, it affects the value depending on the kind of glue. Most appear to be "field" grade points and of little real value, the two beige/tan ones at the bottom center are the two with modest value.

For future reference a ruler or tape measure in the picture helps, wooden clothes pins come in multiple sizes.

Yes, they are valuable. Just how valuable depends on how you sell them. I used to live near a town with a major, regional medical complex. Meaning, lots of doctors' wives with major disposable incomes. It amazed me how much antique stores there got for neatly put-together frames of "average" points that ended up on husbands' walls (dens or offices).

Thanks so much for info guys good idea cornering the stepford wives market. They are not glued down I just layed them out on the white background I was trying to show their mass with the clothes pin by the way I googled "variety of clothes pins" I didn't realize how much spice lived in laundry. Thanks again for the free advice can't beat it

yep, field grade points... ebay prices 5 to 10 $ each, but mounted with some made up story and sold local as being local would be a pretty common idea.

Better yet, they could just make a casting of some of their existing arrow heads and turn it into a mould. Then they can make "genuine composite castings of actual Indian arrowheads" out of plastic or pot metal and sell them for $20 bucks a pop to tourists as souvaniers, can even put em on keychains! 😎

Yep, spin up a story and sell them. The story is what makes the value. Whenever you sell Indian artifacts to people always include a story about spiritualism and nature. Say you found them one day while feeling lost and an unseen force guided you to the wilderness where you found inner peace and new meaning in life. Then say that's when you found the arrow heads and realized it was the Indian spirits of the land that guided you. Now you have their sacred artifacts that can guide others to their true meaning as well. Also say you get a free quartz healing crystal as a bonus (buy a handful of quartz gravel from Home Depot for 10 cents and include the rocks as the free gift to further entice your marks, ahem - customers, and boost sales 😅👍)

No, because the only people who will buy the sales pitch are people who already believe in spirits and magic. Since neither spirits nor magic exists it is up to the free market to create these products for them. Is my logic flawed? Besides, assuming the arrow heads are real, what difference does the sales pitch for them matter, and who's to say the story is a lie when it could have happened to the original finder... for all we know.

Funny justification for lying but that's just my opinion. I guess we were raised different but when you make up a story that's not true where I come from that's the textbook definition of a lie.. Anyway.. not here for drama. Carry on
