Stone Ring

I found this along the Ohio River in Lewis County Kentucky.
The outside is smooth but the inside appears to have tool marks.
Anyone know what this is??

They did at one time sell stone rings and if it is one Id say nice Vintage ring.

What section of the bank in Lewis county? Across from the Marina? There is a Ft Ancient site washing into the river there so it may associated with that if found in that area. There is also a Hopewell site washing out in the same area.
