Hello People,
I live on a creek here in Pennsylvania and sometimes find old indian stone fishing net weights, but today I found this.
At first I thought it was a paint gun ball that was mushed...after picking it up I realized it is a rock, and a strange one at that.
The inside is red, I am scratching my head wondering if it is due to iron deposits that have have sat in the rock over the years, or could it be a little bowl for indian painting?
I have never found anything like this before, so I thought I would post it to see what the response was.
Little cool rock? Or, possible Indian artifact?

Thanks Texastee, I "hope" it is myself also.
Of course my wifes first response is: "What's it worth?"
*CoolFrayers* shakes his head.... ::) typical wife question, lol.
Someday she will understand the fun is in the discovery and research, not the value, lol; still love her loads.

Wow, so...from what I have been hearing, it appears it is the "real deal".
Funny thing actually, we have SO MANY kids with paintball guns around I wasn't even going to pick it up, something just made me look twice. We are having a lot of things "wash up" since our major flood 2 years ago.
Happy happy feet me! :tongue3:
